We are happy to confirm that, again this year, the Appassionata Chamber Orchestra will be inviting two CMC Alumni to its winter concert, as part of the Montréal en Lumière Festival. Under the direction of Daniel Myssyk, the recorder player Vincent Lauzer (First Prize Winner 2012 Stepping Stone) and Marie-Claire Vaillancourt (2013 CMC laureate) will have a chance to showcase their immense talent!
The Program:
- Vivaldi — Concerto for recorder and strings in C minor (soloist: Vincent Lauzer)
- Haydn — Symphony No. 49 «La Passion»
- Respighi — Trittico Botticelliano
- Mozart — Concerto for violin No. 4 (soloist: Marie-Claire Vaillancourt)
- Dubois — Concerto printanier pour quatuor de flûtes (with the Quatuor Linos)
- Gougeon — La Fête sacrée pour quatuor de flûtes (with the Quatuor Linos)
