Registration Form

Before you begin registering, please note that you will need the following information:

• Your personal information;
• Your teacher’s contact information;
• Your list of repertoire for the three rounds (including, for each piece, the composer’s name, title, key, movement(s), duration)

Once you have submitted your registration, you will be redirected to the securized payment website Moneris to complete your payment by credit card. You can also mail a cheque issued to Canadian Music Competition, to: 1450 City Councillors, suite 220, Montreal (Quebec) H3A 2E6.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration by email, as well as an email from Moneris to confirm your payment by credit card, if applicable.
